Rabaya has an extensive wine list at affordable prices, plus a cheese trolley with authentic local cheeses. I had a really good lunch here while visiting Barbaresco, and it's well worth a visit for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere felt warm and cosy, and the English-speaking waiters and waitresses provided excellent service. I started with Piedmont veal prepared two ways, raw and cooked. The fresh, well-seasoned tartare was lovely, and the cooked veal was excellent with the local tonnato, a tuna and anchovy mayonnaise-style sauce. For my main, I had agnolotti, cooked perfectly.

We've eaten here twice now, and we'll come again whenever we're in the area. It's one of the best places we know around here, with excellent dishes, a very friendly team, and perfect service. A really nice restaurant, highly recommended!

Vincho Vaglio Winery sent us here for lunch between wine tastings, and we're glad they did. The view was beautiful, the food divine, and the service attentive to every detail. The pictures say it all. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome on our vacation from Canada. Highly recommended.

We had a great dinner at this cosy restaurant, which is beautifully situated with a lovely view of the surroundings. We tried truffle pasta, lasagna with goat cheese and vegetables, and prosciutto with mozzarella and pesto. Recommended!

We came across this lovely restaurant while wine tasting in Barbaresco, and it was just right. The panoramic view takes in vineyards on both sides of the river, with a gorgeous covered patio and more tables indoors. The fresh focaccia in the bread basket was the best we'd had in the area. We shared the veal prepared two ways, and it was perfect for sharing. The rigatoni and lasagna were among the tastiest we've tried in Italy. Beautiful views and great food!
