Villa del Lago

Simone is a lovely host who makes sure you're having a wonderful time. The garden has a great view towards the lake, which is just a few minutes away on foot. This is a beautiful, peaceful small Bed and Breakfast, ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this Villa.

The apartment had everything I needed, and the owners were lovely and accommodating. It's close to a beautiful lake, Florence and a big shopping outlet. Cafe Bahia is around the corner. I'll definitely come back.

The owner is super friendly, and it's a very nice place to stay while traveling across Italy. There isn't much to do right near the villa, but a huge outlet with major brands is only a few minutes away.

Simone and Roberto were genuinely kind and always there when we needed anything. They include breakfast, with fresh bread baked by Simone and a lovely selection of juices, tea, coffee, meats, cheese, croissants and other desserts, served in their beautiful garden. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the view of the Tuscany lake is perfect for a summer swim. Villa Del Lago was the most beautiful place we stayed on our Italy trip. The landscape made my jaw drop when we arrived, and the interior was just as striking. The area is breathtaking and serene, around a 40 minute drive from the city, and even that drive was a special experience. Simone and Roberto also own the best, most intimate truffle restaurant in the heart of Florence. For a genuine, magical Tuscany experience, this is the place. It was the highlight of our trip, and I'll go out of my way to recommend it to everyone. I'll remember it for the rest of my life. Thank you, Simone and Roberto! 💞
