We spent four days at Borgo Poneta and would happily return. The pool was refreshing, and the grounds are lovely. Best of all, the views across the countryside to San Gimignano are amazing. Lorenzo was friendly and very polite, and the location worked well for exploring Chianti Classico.

A highlight of our stay at Borgo Poneta was the dinner: a local chef prepared four courses, and we ate surrounded by beautiful scenery. The place is peaceful and feels authentic, with loads of space and a lovely pool. The views are amazing, too. Lorenzo was a friendly, helpful host. We had a great stay and recommend the dinner.

We've come back seven times, and we still love it here. It's a lovely, safe place for children, with a nice pool. You can also visit the old wine cellar. There's an option for a multi-course dinner midweek, cooked by a local chef. The food is really good, and enjoying it with the beautiful view at Borgo Poneta makes it well worth joining.

We spent two nights here during our two-week trip around Italy, and this was our favorite place to stay. Beautiful property, wonderfully peaceful, and the sunsets are incredible. I'd recommend it.

The farmhouse is picturesque and romantic, with plenty of room so you don't feel crowded by the other guests. We loved the pool and its beautiful view. Borgo Poneta was a wonderful stay, and Lorenzo was quick to help whenever we asked for recommendations. It's also well placed for Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano, all around a 30-minute drive. It was a dream holiday, and I'd highly recommend it for couples or families.
