The hotel was quiet and quaint, with lots of convenient parking outside, so it seems ideal if you're traveling by car. Getting around by bus was a different story. The nearby stops weren't used often, schedules could be out of sync, and sometimes the bus went somewhere else entirely. The main road also has no sidewalks for miles, so the area isn't very walkable. Firenze wasn't close enough for us, which was mostly our own mistake, and we had to cancel our six-day April 2024 booking. Although it was marked non-refundable, the hotel kindly charged only a small cancellation fee and waived the rest. During our time there, we loved how beautiful and romantic the decor was. The service was amazing, and staff knew English quite well, which was handy for travelers. Our room had a private garden, AC, smart TV, and really fast wifi. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with jumbo towels we loved. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we'd had at any hotel. The stay was great value, too: under $300 for six days, well under $100 per night. I'd recommend it, especially if you have a car. Thank you for such amazing customer service!
