Villa San Michele Bed and Breakfast

We especially appreciated how spotless the rooms were and how breakfast changed each day, with regional ingredients and homemade bread and cakes. Villa San Michele was a lovely, peaceful place to come back to after exploring Tuscany's towns. Stefania, Roger, and Sabrina made the stay feel easy and personal. Their day trip ideas, restaurant bookings, and practical tips, from parking to beaches, meant we could plan without worry. The rooms and accommodation are lovingly designed, and the breakfasts were wonderful. We had ten lovely days and were struck by both the hospitality and the beauty of the place. We'd recommend it to anyone exploring Tuscany who also wants somewhere quiet to relax and feel at home.

Stefania and Roger made our excursions much easier to plan with all their helpful suggestions. We only stayed four nights, and leaving was so hard. Stefania and Roger were among the kindest, most thoughtful hosts we've met, and we can't wait to return. The villa is gorgeous, quiet, beautifully decorated, and clearly well cared for. Roger keeps a stunning garden, and the welcome felt personal and warm, almost like coming home. Stefania was already helping us before we arrived to make sure we had what we needed. They sat down with us to plan our days, shared maps and hidden spots, suggested local restaurants they personally enjoy, and made reservations. Their advice felt genuine and spot-on. Every morning Stefania made an amazing breakfast with fresh produce from local farmers. Her cakes and pies were out of this world, better than many bakeries we've visited.
