We stayed at the house in the first week of October, with sunny weather around 23 degrees Celsius, just right for us. We didn’t need to use the heating or air conditioning. During our nine days in 'Il Fienile', Letizia welcomed us warmly and shared lots of ideas for things to do and see in Tuscany. She also checked that we had everything we needed and brought fresh towels whenever we wanted. The house was clean and tidy, with all the furniture we needed and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary.

The house made a great base for exploring Tuscany, and it had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms to a washing machine and BBQ. We also had our own separate garden, which gave us some privacy. Letizia greeted us at check-in with such warmth that our holiday felt like it had started straight away. It was our first stay here, and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend it.

We loved having a private garden and a beautiful view from the house. The pool was shared with another family. The owner was kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay.

There was plenty of room for three adults and a child, and the property felt peaceful, quiet, and private. It’s also well placed for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra, and Sienna, with lovely scenic drives nearby. We spent five nights here and found it perfect. Letizia was a lovely host.
