This family-run place was an incredible experience. The team were so kind and attentive. When it got a bit hot, they went out of their way to find us fans, and they made sure we had plenty of breakfast when we needed to leave very early for the airport. The family barbecue night with live music was really sweet. The pool facilities are lovely, and the food is top-notch and incredible value. The location works well for getting to beautiful Dolomites hikes, including some right outside the hotel and others a short drive away. A couple of quick notes: Italian and German are the main languages in the Dolomites, but staff took extra care to make sure we understood each other. We also had to pay a deposit by bank transfer, which made me a little hesitant, though it is completely legitimate.

You really do feel at home at this lovely hotel. It has a family atmosphere alongside professional service, tasty food, roomy accommodation, and a great sauna and pool. It’s well placed for skiing, and the hotel’s free ski taxi makes it easy to reach several nearby areas, including Sella Ronda. We’ve stayed three times and will definitely be back!

I had a really enjoyable hotel stay. The food and service were great, and the rooms were spacious, with proper wardrobes. There’s also a sauna, pool, and ski boot dryer. I didn’t use the TV, so can’t comment on that.

The food was delicious, and the cuisine was excellent. The room was tidy, spacious, and nice, and I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The Gantioler family and hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I can only recommend this hotel, and we’ll be very happy to visit Haus an der Luck again. Family Tolevi

The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and spacious enough. My only complaint is that there wasn’t an espresso machine.
