The location was great, and the staff were really friendly. A few basics were missing from the flat, including soap, a hair dryer, an iron, and batteries for the air conditioning remote. The owner's personal things, like shoes and food, were also left around the place. Still, I'd use the company again.

Everything was clean and nicely finished, and the apartment felt comfortable and welcoming, with the amenities we needed. The mattress was the one drawback for me, as it was too soft.
