Hotel Garn Orchidea

We'd be happy to plan another visit around staying here, if they have availability. The rooftop patio was great, and our room was fantastic. It's just off the main area, so it stays quiet, but the old part of town is an easy walk away. The lakefront and local shops are close too. Food was spot on, and the family running the hotel were lovely. I can't remember the host's name, but she spoke German and English effortlessly.

The owner was such a lovely person and went out of her way to help. She didn't have soy milk when we asked, but had some ready the next morning. The place was so clean, and breakfast was included. We had a car and found parking a couple of short blocks away. Shops and restaurants are easy to walk to, while the hotel is just far enough off the street that you don't hear people. I really enjoyed my stay.

After a long day at the repair shop because our car had broken down, we arrived to find everything arranged for us. Our insurance company had booked the hotel, and we could just settle in and relax. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. A very nice place with a welcoming atmosphere in downtown Bardolino, and we'd gladly recommend it.

The family who own the hotel made us feel genuinely welcome and were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with every egg dish cooked fresh and plenty to choose from, even dark bread. We came as two couples and everyone liked their different room. They were modern, thoughtfully furnished, quiet, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and easy to use air conditioning. The website description was completely accurate, which isn't always something you can count on.
