Being next to a barn made the stay really unpleasant. The smell was unbearable from morning through the evening, and we couldn't enjoy time outside. It also meant the place didn't work for children, since they couldn't play outdoors or enjoy the surroundings. There were so many frustrating rules, including no diving, bombing, jumping or pushing, no food or drinks by the pool, and limits on using sunbeds. The website advertised free Wi-Fi, but it didn't work at all while we were there. None of these things were mentioned before we booked. For a place described as a relaxing holiday destination, it felt like a list of things you weren't allowed to do, with bad smells and no internet. If fresh air, freedom and a family friendly setting matter to you, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

There was a strong, unpleasant smell every day because the facility is so close to a barn. The free Wi-Fi was supposed to be available but didn't work at all. The staff had lots of pool restrictions. Children could only use the pool during certain hours, and balls, toys, diving, jumping into the pool, and eating or drinking outside near it were forbidden. These rules made it a terrible place for families with children. ALL THE RULES ARE LISTED IN THE PHOTO!

The building and apartments were nice, with a terrace, comfortable beds, and good cleaning. It's very close to Lake Garda and Gardaland. The Wi-Fi was unusable, and there were no mugs for tea, just very small coffee cups. Some people in the parking lot took up two spaces by parking badly, so those arriving late couldn't find a spot.

The pool has a pleasant spot among the vineyards. The apartments are clean and roomy, with modern equipment that all works perfectly.

We loved how easy it was to explore from here. Lake Garda is close, with lovely villages nearby, and we even drove to Venice for the day, about an hour away. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor area among vineyards where we could relax. Inside, it was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. An oven would have been a nice extra, though. We'd happily recommend the stay.
