My son’s feet hung over the end of the bed, and the manager just insisted the beds were standard size when I asked to change rooms. He was rude, which made an already bad situation worse. The room wasn’t suitable for three people, especially with my 17-year-old son. I even put a picture frame in front of the clear shower window to give him some privacy. I’d expected to relax at a four-star hotel spa, but it didn’t open until 3:30 pm on weekdays, so that was no use. Breakfast was mediocre, and they ran out of food in the mornings. I won’t be back. Those four stars don’t seem like a recent achievement.

The location right on the slopes is the one thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms are very basic, and the mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. I could feel every spring.

Andrea and Maurio took real care with every meal, making sure the food was safe and delicious for my celiac needs. The front desk manager was welcoming too. Such a charming mountain hotel, with hospitality that really stood out.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s been a pleasure both times. The staff are welcoming, the buffet has plenty of tasty variety, and the rooms are comfortable and clean, with good daily service. Such a lovely spot in the mountains of Northern Italy.

A great choice for kids, with good food and lovely staff. At this ski resort, you do need to choose your starter and main course the night before. Still well worth it.
