Villaggio Olimpico

The week felt magical, especially seeing my daughter and son enjoy the snow, and watching my daughter’s dream of staying on the Olympic slopes come true. For her birthday, the staff surprised us with a lovely cake and sparkling wine, such a thoughtful gesture. We had a comfortable, spotless suite with two double beds and two bathrooms, and there was lots of room. The resort has a modern gym, an indoor pool, and a spa, so it seems suited to visits with or without snow. It's right by the slopes, with breathtaking views. The food was varied and plentiful, and the shared spaces felt roomy and welcoming. Great value for the money. Thanks to all the staff, especially the manager. We'll definitely be back.

The cleaners left the room spotless, and everyone working there was kind and respectful. I loved the view from the room and the balcony, and the food was impeccable. It's only a short walk to the ski resort, which made the stay even better. The beds felt a little fragile, so don't jump on them. Had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Clarissa deserves a special thank you. She checked in regularly with both staff and students, kept things running smoothly, and dealt with itinerary changes quickly. Her organisation and upbeat, responsive manner really helped the trip go well. The hotel worked very well for our school ski group. Getting to the slopes was an easy short walk, with no transfers or difficult logistics. Students had things to do after skiing too, with a theatre space for evening activities, plus a pool table and gym. The rooms were clean and practical for several people, comfortable without feeling cramped. Meals were another strong point. There was a good range of buffet food, with plenty for even picky eaters, and the fresh pasta station was especially popular. Both the amount and quality were right. The staff were kind, patient, and welcoming with the students throughout, and nothing seemed like a bother. Excellent facilities and service for a school trip. We'd absolutely return.

On my last night, I found a block of ice and quite a lot of dirt on the bed after the cleaners had been in. The blanket was wet, so I had to sleep with another blanket over it and two towels. The door handles break off too! I was there on a school trip. The rooms were basic and the wifi didn't work properly. The food was alright, nothing special, but filling enough for skiing.
