Hotel Ristorante Novara Expo

Shino deserves special thanks for his outstanding service. He was attentive and polite, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was close to everything while still quiet enough to rest. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Milan from the hotel by bus and then metro, and traffic is horrible. My room was tiny and dark, with just one small lamp in a corner, so I couldn’t see my clothes in the evening. I’d paid extra for a single room, but it looked like a doghouse. When I complained to Maria, my tour guide, she said all the single rooms were like that. The toilet was extremely small, and I could hear water running in other rooms. I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this was the worst. An extremely negative experience. Stay away.

The staff are super nice and always ready to help sort out any problems. Special thanks to Chino, who’s so friendly and always makes all our wishes come true. I really appreciate his support and help. Great hotel. Love from Kazakhstan. Anar&Aigul.

I’d like to leave a short review: the rooms, breakfast, and staff are all awesome. A special mention for receptionist Shino.
