The shared living room is always stocked with bread, drinks, and water. I stayed four nights in February 2026 and paid 67,000 won per night. It felt very secure, with four keys: you enter two separate rooms, each with its own key and lock. The room is spacious, with a small fridge, sofa, closet, and a comfortable bed. There’s a balcony too, so it seems like a good place to stay in summer. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and advised me to avoid the area near the station after midnight. It’s a little far from the city center. Wi-Fi cuts out now and then, which is a shame.

The room and bathroom were excellent, and breakfast was simple but more than enough to get the day started. The host was kind, very quick to reply, and happy to share information about the area and things to do during your stay.

Luigi was very kind and helpful, and lives next door. He let us check in early. The apartment is in a safe building in a quiet area. It has its own small kitchen, a large wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and air conditioning that heats the room well. Breakfast is an Italian snack selection: coffee, toast, biscuits, jam, tea, and soft drinks. The market is a few minutes away, with Penny and several small shops nearby. The central train station is about a 25-minute walk. One odd thing about the entrance key is that it can be extended by turning the end. If the outer door closes accidentally, you can only open it from inside. We hadn’t seen that before and couldn’t get out at 10 pm, but Luigi helped us. Hot water alternates between hot and cold several times a minute, probably throughout the whole house. The kitchen really needs a stove or microwave. It’s also very cold in winter because it was built on the enclosed terrace. The upstairs neighbor is really loud when he’s home.
