The manager was very kind and the bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent. But it was too noisy at night and the room could have been cleaner. The facilities didn’t work: the TV had no channels available, the air conditioner was broken, and there was no internet connection. There was also no coffee machine, despite what was stated on booking.

This suits short city visits and people with modest expectations. It’s in Bari’s historic center, and cleanliness, affordability, and location are real strengths. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the lady hosting us even let us stay a few hours past checkout. There’s air conditioning. The bathroom is tiny and the shower quite uncomfortable. It’s also not a quiet place to rest, as it overlooks one of the busiest squares in the historic center and can stay chaotic until late, especially on weekends.

I couldn’t sleep because a large window high up had no blind or curtain. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, and there was no breakfast. The walls were moldy, the bathroom smelled of sewage, there was no soap, and the television was there but didn’t work. A terrible experience.

Staying here lets you really experience Bari, especially if you want to enjoy its nightlife. It’s in a great spot in the historic center, and the station is only 20 minutes away. A truly wonderful experience.
