B&B Residenza Piazza Moro

Right in central Bari, this B&B is handy for seeing the city, taking the train or getting to the airport. The staff are very helpful, and although the center is busy, the rooms stay quiet. Breakfast is simple but good. One night at €90 isn't cheap, but the quality is good.

We stayed one night and found the room very comfortable and clean. Parking was the problem: we drove around for more than an hour before finding a garage ourselves, although it turned out to be very close to the hotel. I wish we'd been told ahead of time that parking is difficult. Also, the elevator is very small and only fits two people.

The location is very convenient, about 2-300 yards from Bari train station, just across the square. There's a tourist information office along the way, too. The room and bathroom were both a good size and very clean. Breakfast is self-service from a well-stocked kitchen, and there was tea and coffee in the bedroom. Even the clothesline outside the window, nine stories up, had sturdy pegs. This B+B met everything I wanted. I can really recommend it as a clean, safe and convenient place, one of the best I've stayed in.

The location is hard to beat, and it was still really quiet at night. The host was super nice. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the price was good. Highly recommend.
