They told us we couldn’t have our room because one person in our group was under 18, then left us out on the street for the night. Disgusting service and a ruined vacation. Don’t go there.

Cleanliness was poor. The rooms were incredibly dirty, with 100% humidity and bugs everywhere, and we had to share bathrooms with strangers. I even ended up out on the street overnight without help from a roommate.

A nice, clean place in a good spot for seeing the city.
