My phone wouldn't connect properly to their WiFi, but 4G worked well. The room was modern, spacious and clean, although the walls were thin enough that I woke up when the neighbors flushed and when the street was being cleaned in the middle of the night. The location was okay, not right next to anything, but still within walking distance. Check-in was unusual: I had to go to another address to pay the city tax and show a copy of my passport before I could use my phone to get into the room. It would've been nice to do everything digitally.

The room had a look and feel I really liked, with lovely grey tones and a very nice bathroom. Getting in was a little complicated, but the card-free setup felt extremely safe and reliable. The mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable, though, and the parking is way too far away!

The WiFi signal and the room lighting could be better. Still, this place is an absolute gem, with spacious, cozy rooms that get a careful cleaning every day. Each room has plenty of amenities, including some lovely spa treats. You're right in the heart of a lively Bari neighborhood, just moments from the historic old town, pretty beaches, shops, great restaurants, and the train and bus stations.

Self check-in was really frustrating, and customer service wasn't responsive. There's no breakfast, either. The room itself was comfortable, with a nice bathroom, espresso machine, an okay bed and furnishings. Great location.
