Cloud Swing Apartment by Wonderful Italy

We were there for two days. The room was nicely furnished and had a private bathroom, kitchen, and balcony, but the fridge didn't work. Its little freezer was broken and dirty, and the blanket in the wardrobe looked dirty too, so we left it unused. Getting in was a struggle. We had to call for someone to open the front door, but nobody answered. After 45 minutes of calling and ringing the intercom, a woman from the building who wasn't connected with the accommodation let us in. Parking was free, with three unmarked spots, and we always found one. But the gate stayed open day and night, so practically anyone could get in. We called again to ask about entering the parking area or parking behind a closed gate. The woman who answered wasn't sure of the exact area and asked us to email photos. We did, but never got a reply.
