Pasquale went out of his way to help with a parcel I'd sent that somehow came back to the hotel. He didn't have to repost it to me, but he kindly did, and it arrived in Australia within a week. Thank you again, Pasquale, you're a truly honest gentleman. We picked the place without knowing Bari at all and ended up loving it. The rooms were clean, with a lovely balcony and coffee machine, and getting in was easy. The train station is a five-minute walk away, parking is nearby, and there are lots of shops within walking distance. I love Bari and these rooms, and would happily do it all again.

The person working at the store was awful. While we were looking for something to buy, they were extremely impolite and made rude comments about everyone in the shop. They really need to learn how to treat customers. Avoid this place!

They were extremely rude and unfriendly. The dirty toys weren't replaced, just sprayed with cleaner. We were told, “Take something else if you don't like it.”
