The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful, and Rovereto's old town is only a few minutes away on foot. We spent three fantastic nights here. The rooms were well equipped and very clean, and the beautiful lounge and lobby made us want to come down for cocktails before dinner. We ate at Novecento twice. Great atmosphere and delicious food. We plan to come back for a longer stay.

We've stayed here twice as a family and enjoyed both visits. The place has colorful, inviting decor and calm lighting, so it feels lively but peaceful. The staff were kind and helpful. One of them noticed I was leaving early with my son and asked whether we'd have breakfast. I said we hoped to get back in time, and they accommodated us even though we were a little late. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of lactose-free options. They left us with such a nice impression of their city. We'll definitely visit again.

I had to cancel my trip after the allowed deadline, but Rovereto Hotel understood my situation and refunded the full amount. They responded right away, with kindness and real professionalism. I'm grateful for the considerate service and would happily choose this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

The room was wonderfully quiet and had a lovely view. The staff were excellent, and breakfast was great too. Such a nice hotel, we'd definitely stay again.

My husband and I booked at the last minute because he was at a nearby hospital. The staff were accommodating and helped us with things like finding places to eat and doing laundry. Rovereto's town and people were kind and welcoming, with great restaurants and a historic center. It was a nice place to be displaced for a while and to visit.
