The hotel building feels a bit dated, and the rooms are spacious and clean but have an odd layout and decor. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff there were efficient and pleasant, as were most of the front desk team. The location is the main drawback: it’s far from Bari Vecchia, in a very depressing neighborhood. The underground parking can also be tricky if you have a van or 4x4.

We only stayed one night after landing at Bari Airport very early in the morning, so we didn’t get to see much of the hotel. The breakfast, though, was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite a bit around the world and rarely had one so plentiful and good. On its own, it makes the hotel worth a stay.

The staff, the room, and the breakfast were all lovely. It’s one of the few hotels where the attention to detail really made me feel at home. Excellent!

The breakfast had a great selection, and I liked the self-service honesty bar too. The rooms are beautiful, with a modern designer feel and plenty of glass, even between the bedroom and shower.

The underground parking is handy if you're renting a car. We also had clean, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. Staff were attentive everywhere, from reception and the restaurant to the lifeguard, and the whole stay was amazing.
