We come back nearly every year and always leave feeling rested. The staff at reception and around the hotel are hospitable, friendly, and helpful. We chose half board with lunch and breakfast included so we could relax without worrying about where to eat during the day. Their restaurant serves generous, tasty Southern local dishes, and the board options are reasonably priced. For a three-star place, the rooms are spacious and clean. There's a spa with a decent-sized pool looking toward scenic Mt. Epomeo, a cozy bar beside it, and a heated thermal pool near the spa. We loved the mini library too, with books in English, French, Spanish, and Italian. The location worked well for us without a car. The center of Forio is a five-minute walk, with restaurants, bars, shops, historic churches, and the main Forio port. Chiaia, a lovely public beach, is about ten minutes on foot. There's also a bus stop in front, which made exploring the rest of Ischia easy.

The grounds were nice and the staff were good, but the room felt dated. We were put in a separate block without WiFi, and breakfast was poor, just okay at best. It was an average stay, so I'm not sure why the reviews are so glowing.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel has good facilities, though you do have to wear a swimming cap in both the pool and hot pool. We had half board, with two meal choices and a vegetarian option. It's just north of Forio, close to all the transport options. A very good hotel.

The service was awful, with rude and arrogant staff. The food was poor and horrible, and you even have to pay for water. This was a very bad experience, and I won't return.

Right in the heart of forio, this is a small, friendly hotel with full use of the spa. I'd definitely return.
