I wouldn't recommend this place. There's no real service. Google Maps sent me to the wrong spot when I arrived, and it took ages to get replies that would help me find the right building entrance. After at least 30 minutes of partial information, the woman finally sent a photo of the entrance. That would've helped 30 minutes earlier. The person texting me hung up when I called and wouldn't speak to me. The text replies I did get were rude and unprofessional. They hadn't told me about self check-in until I was already in Bari. They could have sent the detailed instructions ahead of time, instead of waiting until I was trying to find a building in a new place with my luggage. There were no instructions for using things inside, either. For example, turning on the heater meant finding a switch in the room furthest from it, then using the remote. There was no way to know that. That's just one of several strange things about the place. They don't seem interested in helping guests have a comfortable stay.

I couldn't find the place, and it feels like a scam. Also, read how they respond to negative reviews and think about whether you'd really want to do business with them.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and we were very happy with it. It sits right by the train station, which made it easy to travel to different places in the region over three days. Getting to the airport and Bari center was convenient too. Across the street there are a Lidl, a pharmacy, cafes, and a bar. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with.

It was impossible to get any rest. There was noise in the hallway, and the doorbell kept ringing from 6 am. The blind was broken, so light came in very early. We told the manager, but she did nothing. The shower was tiny, barely big enough to turn around in. I don't recommend it at all.
