We spent a couple of nights here in August during the enjoyable part of our trip through Puglia. We booked a Suite Oriente for our family of four. It was on a higher floor, with a mini balcony in each room. The hotel is centrally located for shopping, the old town, restaurants, and the waterfront. Breakfast was good and service decent. The airport is around a 20-minute taxi ride away. There’s a lot of nightlife nearby, so expect some weekend noise. A good option if you want to stay in central Bari.

Everything is within walking distance, and our room was clean and stocked with toiletries and towels. The front desk team, LUCIA & Rossalla, were warm, professional, and really helpful. They patiently answered our questions and knew their stuff, which made our few days here very pleasant. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The dining room staff worked really hard, and we appreciated the hot cappuccinos at breakfast. That’s the only positive I can point to. The hotel was dated and had a musty smell, and we had to switch rooms on the last night because the AC, which they control, was unbearably hot for sleeping. The pillows were rock hard too. There was no one to greet us when we came in. The woman at reception just looked up, without even saying buongiorno. I don’t know what hotel the other travelers visited, but our experience was very different. Bari has plenty of better options, so I’d avoid this one.

Right in the city center, with very clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The hotel feels luxurious. Highly recommended! 👍

The rooms were okay, but you could hear everything outside. On most nights we couldn’t sleep, especially Friday, with loud cars, shouting, ambulances, sirens, and horns going on until at least 3 a.m. It’s a fairly decent hotel, but if you want to sleep at night, pick somewhere else.
