Parco dei Principi Hotel Congress & Spa

I had to head off early in the morning after visiting my family, so staying here before my flight worked perfectly. The director was so kind, and they thoughtfully found me a room at the last minute. I had a delicious dinner in my room, with fresh traditional dishes from our region at a great price. The spa was a lovely way to relax before a long journey. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!

The free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus, and the location was great. We stayed for our last two holiday nights in Bari after a week in Otranto, before flying back to the UK. We picked the hotel mainly for where it was and its four-star rating. The room was nice and everything worked. The reservation team, reception staff, and restaurant service were efficient. We had two dinners and two breakfasts there and were very happy with them. We’d definitely recommend it.

We were grateful they let us check out late, which gave us extra rest before our 30-hour trip home and evening flight. We’d booked at the very last minute because of an unexpected train strike on our travel day. The dinner staff and the day staff were lovely, though check-in was awkward and abrupt. The airport is conveniently close, and the complimentary shuttle and included breakfast were appreciated. The room and facilities were clean, nicely decorated, and pleasant. The bed felt firmer than I’m used to, but the pillows were great. The shower had loads of pressure and hot water. Grazie Mille.

The restaurant is affordable, service is quick, and the staff there are nice. The front desk was just okay. At checkout, the man handling things focused on the printer instead of answering our question about the shuttle. Still, I highly recommend staying here.
