We were in the “Sveva” room for a couple of days. The room itself was clean and comfortable, so that part was fine. Getting through the entrance was the real problem. Even with the right code, the door sometimes wouldn’t open, and there was no physical key as a backup. The employee just told us to wait and try again later. We got stuck outside for about 30 minutes. We heard a brief “sorry about that,” but there was no full or partial refund for the inconvenience. They acted like it was my problem.

We were locked out all night because of a technical problem with the apartment doors. Staff weren’t available and didn’t answer our calls or WhatsApp, even though it was an emergency. They only got back to us the following morning. We didn’t sleep and ended up late, but management was blunt and refused a refund, using the poor excuse that the room wasn’t clean. Terrible experience.

I was there for one night, and all the information and the access code came through WhatsApp. The place is near the tram and a short distance from San Siro. Very good.

They put them under the stairs without warning. There were just two coffee pods for two people staying two nights. At 9:45, someone knocked to get the room ready for checkout, even though the stated time was 10:00.

The CityLife area is convenient, about five minutes from the Rossa-Amendola metro and ten minutes from the shopping district. The accommodation was high quality, clean, and the staff were helpful. The air conditioning worked well during the unusually early extreme heat. The price may be a little high, but seems reasonable for this area.
