We were only there for one night, fortunately. The stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it. Getting in was confusing: the directions were unclear, the entry procedure wasn't clear either, and the door-opening link sent through Booking.com didn't work. The online check-in instructions also made little sense and didn't work. Contact with the hotel started well, but soon they became impossible to reach. There was no dishwasher, washing machine, or Wi-Fi, despite these being listed. They also hadn't made the third bed, saying the booking came in late. If they accept a booking, the bed should be ready.

Getting in touch was easy, and the room was great. It's really close to the airport.

I tried the room with the jacuzzi, and it was a real treat. The rooms are very nicely done, and check-in is simple, which is convenient if you don't want to wait.

The apartment was very well equipped, and everything else was great for our one-night stopover in Bari. Access worked perfectly, though you'll need a mobile phone since it uses an app.

The room was spotless and really comfortable, and the hot tub was gorgeous. I'd highly recommend it.
