We booked room n° 1 at Terrazza Vallisa (Bari) for three nights, but the arrival this afternoon was horrible. There were several damp patches in the hallway where plaster had fallen off the wall. Inside the appartement, an airwick was being used to cover the smell of damp and black mold. It smelled like a wet cellar. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold, and there was mold inside the airconditioning too. Several spots (lights) were broken. Above the kitchen cabinets there were more damp patches, and plaster had fallen off the wall behind the microwave. We contacted the host, but he didn’t see a problem and called it 'a common issue in humid environments.' We stayed at the apartment for all of five minutes before making another reservation somewhere else. I’ll never go back. I’ll add the pictures, see for yourself. We’ve booked several times through AirBnB and never had an apartment like this. Thanks to AirBnB for the service, help, and full refund. I hope the owner fixes the place before welcoming other guests.

A dream of a place, just a few steps from the sea and right in the heart of Barivecchia. The building has been newly renovated.

The terrace at B&B Vallisa was a real gem. I spent hours relaxing there and looking out over the city. It has a large projector screen, a coffee area, and several sofas, making it a lovely place to spend time with friends, maybe watching a movie under the stars. The location near the historic center made it easy to reach the main attractions. My room was splendid, furnished with great taste and attention to detail, and the rooms and common areas were impeccably clean. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, so I slept well and felt rested enough to enjoy the city. In short, B&B Vallisa is a great choice for a quality stay in this beautiful city, with a convenient location, spotless spaces, lovely furnishings, a well-equipped terrace, and very comfortable beds. I was very satisfied and hope to return soon for another unforgettable stay.

The terrace was a relaxing, welcoming spot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Terrazza Vallisa is in the center of the old town, the most beautiful part of the city. The apartment was renovated, clean, and elegantly furnished. It’s an experience I’ll remember and would love to repeat as soon as possible. I recommend visiting charming Bari and staying here. It’ll certainly make for an unforgettable holiday.
