We spent four nights here. The room was fairly modern and clean, and the old town is walkable. There's also a train, coach and bus station nearby. The area around the room wasn't very appealing and looked a bit shabby. The listing said there would be a balcony, but what we got was an enclosed section of the room with aluminium windows. I wouldn't call that a balcony. Toiletries were mentioned too, but we only got one single-use shower gel sachet each.

It's a very central location, only a few minutes' walk from the main attractions, with a private paid parking lot right across from the building. The room is on the first floor of a charming historic building. It was small but lovely, with a little balcony for smokers, a roomy bathroom and shower, a comfortable bed and a mini fridge. There was a selection of breakfast snacks, too. Check-in was simple and self-service. Francesco explained everything clearly and kindly, and was always available if we had questions.

Getting in was straightforward, with video instructions for the keys and finding the room. First there's a shared entry area for the two apartments, with coffee and tea supplies and a small oven. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh. It had a small table, a mini fridge with water and juices, and a generous breakfast selection of packaged items. We did have an air conditioning problem, but one quick message was all it took. The owner, who was very kind and helpful, came over right away and fixed it. Everything was well organized, and we'll definitely be back 😍

The room was small, but very clean and fine for a short stay. It's only a few minutes on foot from the Historic Center and the train station. The packaged snack breakfast could use some work. The main issue was checkout. We'd agreed in advance that we'd leave at 12:00 PM, but the owner started messaging me as early as 10:00 AM, telling me to leave. Worse, he sent photos of the room while our belongings were still inside. The cleaning lady had apparently forwarded them to him. It felt like a complete invasion of privacy and showed a lack of respect for guests, and frankly, it was rude.
