Vittoria Parc Hotel

We only spent a few hours at Parc Hotel Vittoria before our evening flight, but it gave us a welcome little break. The pool was quiet and refreshing, just right for unwinding, and the atmosphere throughout was peaceful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. We had lunch there too, and it was better than expected: fresh, tasty food served with a smile. We left feeling rested and recharged. I'd recommend it for a short day stay or a longer holiday.

The free airport shuttle was the best part. I used it every morning for work, and the hotel made sure it was available each time. At around 10 minutes from Bari airport, the hotel is cute, and the rooms have enough for a stay. Staff were courteous and prompt. Check-in, check-out, and billing all went smoothly. Breakfast was fine, though it was the same selection every day.

They picked us up at the airport, which was good service. The room was cold, but they brought us a heater. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, nothing much to say about it.

Most of our stay was fine, but the laundry charge left us really disappointed. We asked reception whether laundry service was available and if it was free. Staff clearly said yes, so we handed over quite a lot of clothes, including socks and underwear. Later we were charged 100 euros. When we questioned it, the explanation was vague, and they denied saying it was free. Maybe there was a misunderstanding because of poor English, or maybe the staff hadn't communicated clearly. Either way, it was extremely frustrating and left us feeling tricked. Be sure to get clear prices or written confirmation before using extra services. We wouldn't stay here again.
