I chose this guest house for an early flight out of Bologna airport the next day, and it worked well for that. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away. The rooms are clean and nice, with a vintage feel. It's a guest house, so there aren’t hotel services, but breakfast was better than at some hotels. The owner was very kind and even got up early to make breakfast when I did, which I appreciated. The whole stay was really good. The nearest town is 1km away, so having a car is better.

The rooms are basic, but the value for money is excellent. I stayed here with friends for a wedding and found the owner incredibly kind, discreet, and welcoming. This is a convenient place to stay in the Bologna countryside if you want to explore the surrounding area without dealing with city traffic.

I came across this B&B online when work at my house forced me to find somewhere in an emergency. I never expected such a welcoming, homely place just a few steps from home. The room was very clean and had all the comforts, and the family atmosphere made it feel like home. The owner is warm, friendly, and helpful, with hospitality that feels priceless. Breakfast was generous, and she was so sweet and attentive. Thank you for welcoming me with such a big smile. I highly recommend staying here.

We felt very comfortable and would recommend staying here. The older lady who runs the private room rentals is very friendly, though she speaks only Italian. Her son speaks English on the phone. The room has a charming decor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast is typically Italian, with sweets only and no cold cuts or cheese.
