Romi Suite

A cozy, comfortable little room, kept super clean, and the staff are really friendly ✨ There's a park nearby for a walk, and shops right down the street.

The property is nice and well located, but our stay was terrible. There was no water in the restrooms because of a fault, so we couldn't even shower. I understand the host didn't cause the damage, but they had no backup water tanks and offered no other solution. They also didn't respond promptly when we called. The next morning, at the end of our stay, the host checked the rooms to see if the water was still out, but didn't apologize or offer even a partial refund. We'd paid the full amount for one expensive night, and being able to use the restrooms is the bare minimum. We're very sorry, but the owners came across as untrustworthy and completely unprofessional.

The suite was lovely, clean, and air-conditioned, and daily service was provided. The app-based locks meant no physical key was needed, and the instructions were clearly explained, which is helpful if you're familiar with this kind of system. It's outside the city center, but easy to reach by metro or bus. Breakfast is included when you book the B&B on their website, so it's a good idea to check that beforehand to avoid surprises. Highly recommended.

The location suited my needs perfectly, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room had modern, fabulous furnishings, a huge TV with lots of movie apps, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. I also appreciated the thoughtful courtesy kit with a kettle, herbal teas, and biscuits, along with a safe for important documents. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Rome, and highly recommend it.
