Riccardo was courteous, kind, and always available to help. The apartment was in a central area, just a short walk from the historic center, and had everything needed for everyday and household needs. It felt just like home, with immaculate cleanliness and care in every detail. A great place, warmly welcomed, and one I’d recommend to everyone.

The hosts were very helpful, and they left us a basket of treats to welcome us. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and it’s close to both the beach and the old town.

The Good Manager, Richard the Lionheart, deals with any problems that come up in a large city and sorts them out for you. The location is close to the historic center and convenient for the sea, while still feeling tucked away. The rooms and service are superb. Worth it, for the convenience, Barlett and Avest!

Riccardo was punctual, attentive, and extremely kind. Everything was spotless, and the apartment felt warm and welcoming. It’s well stocked, with a supermarket, pizzeria, bar, and other places close by. Highly recommended!

If I come back to Barletta, I’d definitely stay here again. The apartment is comfortable and right in the center, with all the amenities, including air conditioning. It was spotless and tidy, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful.
