The host helped us find a nearby private parking lot. The place was clean and comfortable, with great hospitality, and about a 10-minute walk from the city center. An excellent place to stay in Barletta.

This is a small B&B with three rooms, not a hotel, despite major travel websites putting it first in searches for 4-star hotels in Brarletta. It’s on the third floor of an old building, with no elevator or nearby parking. We tried all sorts of navigation tools and none could locate the exact place. The neighbors didn’t really know how to explain it either. Unless you’re lucky and speak Italian fluently, you may need help from local residents to find it. Arrival has to be coordinated with a woman who lives about 10 minutes away. Then you carry your bags up very high steps to the third floor. If you’re still breathing, there’s a tiny, nicely designed studio flat like the ones shown in the hotel booking photos. There’s no lobby, parking, or restaurant, just a nice little B&B.

WiFi actually works here, which I want to point out because hotel internet is often slow and useless. The room also has a TV and a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine, and snacks. It was large, welcoming, clean, and very well maintained, with excellent service. Breakfast was perfect: snacks, croissants, toast, different jams, Nutella, and juice in the buffet. You can also ask for coffee or cappuccino. I’d absolutely stay here again, it’s worth trying!
