I was left waiting for more than two hours and had to follow up repeatedly. The service felt improvised, and the staff didn't seem ready to deliver what they had described to me.

The ingredients and food quality were the one bright spot. The staff had little charisma, and the service was both slow and poor.

I’m here often for work, and the location with its wonderful view keeps making it a great stay. The welcome and treatment are excellent every time.
