Maria is such a warm, helpful host, and she speaks very good English. She grew up in this house in the heart of Barolo. The B&B has three guest rooms, plus a roomy shared dining and breakfast area. Maria makes jams from all sorts of fruit, served with fresh cheese, salami, ham, and bread. Her fluffy hazelnut cake was one of the best I’ve had. I ate three pieces each morning and still wanted more! This place is a gem. If you’re in Barolo, give Maria a call. Staying here will make your day.

The real highlight was Maria Pia, the charming host. The B&B is right in the heart of Barolo, with only three rooms, and I almost didn’t write a review because they might get booked forever. Our room was lovely, spacious, bright, and very clean, with a fantastic shower and bathroom.

The hosts gave us such a warm welcome, and this was one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Rooms were cozy and modern, with all the amenities. Breakfast was lovely, with homemade cakes and a range of jams, and the coffee was excellent. There’s free parking, and a wine connoisseur on site with local wine available to buy.

The place itself has charm and elegance, and feels like an oasis right in the heart of Barolo. What made the stay unforgettable, though, was Mrs. Maria. Her exceptional sweetness and care for the little details made all the difference.

I stayed here in July 2015, and I still remember how delicious the homemade breakfast jams were. Looking forward to visiting again.
