From the breakfast balcony, you can see the lake among the typical Umbrian hills. It’s such a relaxing place, with an astonishing view, a pool, and two beautiful medieval cities, Orvieto and Todi, nearby. The property is lovely and very welcoming. The owners are sociable, and there’s always fragrant cake at breakfast. Absolutely recommend it.

We loved the peaceful country setting and the views down to the lake. Our accommodation had large rooms, including a bedroom, lounge, and a bathroom with full disabled facilities. There’s a pool and outdoor space to enjoy the view. Breakfast came with delicious homemade cakes and a lovely view from the first floor. Delightful stay, highly recommended. Perugia and the surrounding area are a short drive away.

The owners are friendly and happy to help with questions. There’s lots here, including a BBQ and pizza oven. Try the local beer by the pool, or have some of their homemade cookies. A very lovely place.

The apartment was spacious and clean, though its furnishings felt a little dated. For a reasonable price, the pool is a welcome extra. The setting is very quiet and the view is excellent. Breakfast was generous, with homemade cakes, croissants, coffee, and cappuccinos, and the staff were friendly.

The owners’ kindness and helpfulness made the biggest difference. In less than a day, our group of more than 20 adults and children felt at home. We could eat together in the common areas, have BBQs, cook with absolutely everything we needed, and play ping pong or foosball in the beautifully kept garden. There’s a pool too. The spotless, comfortable rooms and apartments gave us privacy when we wanted it. A wonderful view stretches across the valley and the bends of the Tiber. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to spend time together for a weekend.
