The food is wonderfully authentic and delicious, with generous portions and fair prices. You really have to make a special trip, or stop by on your way to the upper part of Puglia, since there’s nothing around. But if you love peace, good food, humility, and calm, it’s the perfect place. We had a great time, like being at home, only with clean air, lovely scenery, and humble, genuine people like Modesto. About two hours from Napoli, where I was born and live, it’s far from stress, crowds, and problems. The restaurant is in an old but still productive farmhouse, with a stable and lots of open space. It feels like sitting in the owners’ garden among their animals and even more of the neighbors’ animals.

The cured meats and meat were excellent, and we’ll definitely come back. This is a real agriturismo, right on the farm, serving REAL products sourced locally. The owners were friendly and helpful.

The owner deserves a special mention. They welcomed us warmly and helped us sort out several issues. The agriturismo is quite isolated, like most places to stay in the area, but it’s quiet and welcoming. The rooms are simple, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Alongside the farm animals around the property, there are several very sociable dogs that roam freely in the courtyard. Guests can bring their own dogs, too.

We had a great meal and were welcomed like family. Maria Donata, her husband, her daughters, Michele, and his wife were wonderful. Everything was perfect at this lovely agriturismo. We had a pleasant time stopping for a meal and hope to come back soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you... Daniele delle Fave and family. 🤗
