Mary made our eight-day stay enjoyable. When the shower heads broke, she arranged repairs very quickly. She’s professional, friendly, helpful, and excellent at her job. We’d most likely stay here again if Mary could welcome us and help with what we need.

The whirlpool in the room doesn’t work, and the furnishings are okay but nothing luxurious. The location, though, is fantastic. The place is completely central, and the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and everything else are easy to reach quickly on foot.

The fresh produce market is right outside, with smaller markets and a supermarket close by. The Vatican is an easy walk away, and so is the metro. Mary was kind and helpful, and left a notebook with instructions. The apartment was comfortable, though there’s no lounge, so the only place to watch TV is in the bedrooms. English channels would be useful since I missed international news. The free Wi-Fi was very slow and kept dropping out.

Alexandre gave us a lovely welcome and lots of suggestions. Shops, the metro, and the Vatican are all nearby, and Carrefour Market is about a five-minute walk away. The market is open every day. The jazz music in the evenings was the only drawback, but we’ll definitely stay here again.

Mrs. Mary made us feel at home with such a warm welcome. The place was spotless and had every comfort. We had a wonderful time, 10 out of 10!
