8/10
The breakfast had plenty to choose from, including options mindful of food intolerances, and the place was warm, clean, and fresh-smelling throughout. Free parking was a plus, and public transport gets you to Milan Cathedral in about half an hour. We were seven people in a three-bedroom house converted into a B&B, so we practically had the whole place. There are two bathrooms, one attached to a room and one shared, which worked fine for us as a family. The essentials were functional, though the house dates from the 1980s and shows some signs of use.

The rooms were lovely, neat, and clean, and the residential area was quiet and well kept. The landlady was available whenever we needed help.

The stay was awful. We thought we had booked a B&B, but what we found was a shared apartment made up of rooms. The owner, Grazia, should be much clearer about that, since it matters a lot. Arriving by car was also extremely inconvenient, with no free parking at any hour.

GRACE made me feel at home, and she's attentive, professional, and ready to take care of any request because she clearly loves what she does. The apartment is elegant, fully equipped, and very, very clean, with a great breakfast. The welcome and location were just as perfect. I've tried other places before, and I recommend this one highly. Casa di Grace is the best in Basiglio, Milan 3, in my experience.

The rooms were welcoming and spotless, and breakfast was generous, varied, and nicely balanced. The owners were especially courteous and helpful. It's a charming, peaceful place, and the price is very reasonable and competitive. I hope I can come back soon.
