The spa was relaxing and well organized, and we felt at home throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the whole property is so carefully maintained that the photos really do match what you find. Breakfast was delicious and made fresh. The owner and her mother were especially kind and helpful, which made everything even nicer. We’ll definitely return.

Our suite was on the mezzanine, reached by a graceful, relaxing hallway. The room itself was a little gem, comfortable and spotless, with a Dyson hairdryer and a whirlpool tub worked neatly into the design. The spa is small but very inviting, with a whirlpool pool and sauna in a peaceful setting, and it was extremely clean. The building’s mix of rustic and modern details is lovely, especially the original wooden beams. On arrival, the elegant, atmospheric setting caught our eye right away, and the evening lighting really brings out the hotel’s features. Everything feels thoughtfully designed. We were warmly welcomed, shown around the property, and told how to use the spa and the in-room tub. Serenella made us feel at home with her thoughtful touches. She prepared a simple, tasty express breakfast with both sweet and savory options. It’s an experience that’ll stay with us.

The spa is a lovely extra, with a sauna, sensory shower, and heated pool, plus music you can choose and herbal teas. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and had excellent blackout for a good rest. Breakfast was freshly made, sweet and savory, and very good. This is a beautifully restored former hunting lodge in the heart of Tuscia, now run as a B&B and kept immaculate, with careful attention to detail. The owners are attentive and always available. Elegance, beauty, and relaxation all in one, truly top-notch.
