The location was great, and the apartment was clean and nice. Emanuela was a very helpful host.

A very nice, clean place, and the host was kind and really helpful.

The only good thing was the location. We booked an apartment, but when we arrived, it looked completely different from the photos. When we asked for a refund, they threatened to evict us. The soundproofing was poor, and there was no parking, despite it being advertised.

I can’t speak to the B&B’s quality, but I can speak to how dishonest the managers were. We’d booked and paid more than a month ahead, only to be told the day before that they’d overbooked, the room wasn’t available, and we had to make our own arrangements. Luckily, I ignored the owner’s advice to cancel the booking right away and contacted Booking.com for help. They refunded at least part of the extra amount we paid, since prices at the few places still available had shot up. I strongly advise against booking here. You could end up with a ruined holiday and hours on the phone with Booking. Terrible.
