We always come back because the place feels safe, welcoming, and consistently good. The view from the window is one of a kind, with the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the splendid Sanctuary of San Francesco right there, which is the main reason for our trips. We feel at home and are happy to return.

The homemade breakfasts were such a treat, and Leonello and Marisa looked after us so warmly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped. Assisi is only about ten minutes away, and getting to Perugia takes around half an hour.

The breakfast changed each day and was a real delight, especially with Marisa's homemade dishes made from local ingredients. Leonello and Marisa were so friendly and kind that we felt at home all weekend at the Seasons. Everything was exceptionally clean and peaceful, and you can tell they put real care into their work. Thanks for everything, we highly recommend it.

Leonello was a huge help with daily suggestions and interesting itineraries, while Marisa spoiled us with sweet and savory treats at breakfast every morning. Their warm welcome made us feel at ease. B&B Le stagioni is a lovely independent property with a big garden and views of magnificent Assisi, well placed for exploring the area's best-known towns. Our room was comfortable and quiet, away from local traffic. Highly recommended.

It felt more like staying with friends than at a B&B, thanks to the warm welcome from Marisa and Leonello. The rooms were tidy and very clean, and Marisa's homemade breakfast specialties were delicious and plentiful. We spent three days here, with an ideal base for Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Rasilia, and Gubbio. I hope to come back in spring or summer and try Leonello's barbecue. Highly recommend.
