Dina deserves a huge thank you for being so welcoming and figuring things out whenever there was an issue. The farmhouse is lovely, spacious, and scenic, with roomy, clean, well-equipped rooms and plenty to choose from at breakfast. You really need your own car here. It's a great base for exploring places like Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, and Assisi, but you can't get around without your own transport. We'd recommend it for a trip with friends or family. There's enough room for privacy and plenty of shared space too. :)

It has the feel of a little village tucked into the woods, surrounded by green space and fragrant flowers. The breakfast service is incredible, and the people running the place clearly care a lot. There's plenty of secure parking. Highly recommended!

The villa is lovely and clearly well cared for, but our stay left us with several frustrations. We had reserved for 12, and when one person couldn't come at the last minute, we let them know in good time. The booking said there was a per-night rate, yet we were still asked to pay for that absent guest. The owner came across as very controlling. She repeatedly checked on our use of the barbecue and threatened to charge us for a pot with cooked meat in it if it got damaged, even though we'd only set it by the fire to keep the food warm. She also turned up on Saturday afternoon while we were relaxing on the loungers to ask for the remaining balance, which could easily have been dealt with at check-in or check-out. Some towels had stains and didn't seem fully hygienic. We also hadn't been told the pool was shared, and having to use it with people who weren't staying at the property was unpleasant for our large group. Two plastic chairs broke during our stay, and we properly reimbursed the cost. The place itself is beautiful, but the owner's manner and the gaps in communication made the experience less pleasant than we'd expected.

My friend and I got to the pool at 3 p.m. and stayed until it closed at 7, but were charged €15 for those four hours, which felt exorbitant. The staff were rude and unhelpful, often using a negative tone and even giving customers orders. They were very strict about requiring a swimming cap, even if you were just sitting by the pool. At the same time, people on the surrounding lawn seemed free to smoke all kinds of things, not just cigarettes. It was an unpleasant experience all around.
