Our hosts were warm and friendly, and happy to go the extra mile. They served a very generous breakfast with local products, and they were a great source of tips for things to do in town. They even offered transport and agreed to take me personally to Bologna. I stayed in the Borbonese. It was spacious and pleasant, spotlessly clean, and nicely arranged. The bed was really comfortable, which mattered a lot to me, and there was no disruptive noise at night. The place is close to the city center, about a 20-minute bus ride away.

We wanted to book here again for a week later, but it was already full. No wonder, and we'll come back next time we're in the area. Thanks for taking such good care of us! The owners were so welcoming, including greeting us at breakfast, and they left the key for us when we arrived late. There's parking right outside. Our room was wonderful, the bed was excellent, and the hosts were lovely. I can't think of a fault worth mentioning, and I recommend the place to everyone. It feels like the owners put a lot into it, far beyond doing it for the money.

Getting to the hotel late can be tricky. The last bus from the center is around 8 p.m.; another bus stops 1.1 km away, but I don't recommend walking that road because it feels dangerous. As for the B&B, it's absolutely perfect for the price. The Columns room is fantastic, clean, and a comfortable size. The family who runs the place are happy to help. Totally recommended.

If you're after somewhere with lifts, loads of breakfast choices, and a spot close to the town center, this won't suit you. But if you don't mind being a little out of the way, it's full of character, with clean, well-decorated rooms. The owners and hosts have brilliant personalities and make you feel at home. It won't disappoint.

The owners want guests to arrive as visitors and leave as friends. You can see how much care and individual taste the family has put into every room, with quality clearly at the top of their priorities. This isn't just an ordinary country bed and breakfast. It's a special place.
