The location was excellent, and our room was really nice. My wife and I loved the beautiful place and the owner's kindness and availability. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade desserts, and the view of Assisi from the breakfast room is stunning. The weather was the only downside. Thank you, Giulia, and your mom. We'll definitely come back. Rosy is happy. 😉

The B&B is in Bastia Umbra, about halfway between Assisi and Perugia. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the excellent homemade desserts at breakfast. Highly recommended.

There are just two rooms in this family-run place, and it's clean and welcoming. I felt cared for in a way I hadn't in a long time. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with delicious homemade desserts and a lady attentive to every little thing. We had a wonderful time, thank you. Highly recommend.

The view across Assisi from the balcony and well-kept lawn is breathtaking. Mrs. Rosella was exceptionally kind and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and air-conditioned, and I would especially recommend this place for families.
