The owner was one of the loveliest people we met on our trip, even though Italians seem super friendly in general. They were so nice and gave us lots of useful information about nearby sights. The apartment was comfortable, parking was easy, and the area was beautiful, like a desert spa. A lovely experience.

After the craziness of Rome, Rosa de Assisi felt like paradise: peaceful and unhurried, with joyful owners who were always welcoming and ready to answer questions or grant our wishes. The pool was beautiful, with recliners and umbrellas that were perfect after a hot day. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the great service set us up for the day. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was big enough for three adults, with a fridge, a table, and an oversized bathroom. There was also a rack outside for drying swimsuits and towels, a really nice extra. We could hear birds singing, a rooster crowing, and grasshoppers chirping. The place was beautifully maintained and very close to the airport, handy for a late flight, and just a short drive from Assisi. Rossa di Assisi is a lovely place to relax and take a break.

We loved staying here. The place is a real gem, with modern, clean, comfortable rooms and apartments. It’s close to Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Perugia, and lots of smaller towns and villages. We found the kitchenette handy for making a quick meal for our dogs. Parking was safe and convenient, and the hosts were wonderful and very welcoming to pets. Thanks, Emanuela. We’ll be back! Stayed December 2022-January 2023.

The quiet, relaxing setting made this a lovely place to stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive that I felt like I was with family. I had an amazing time and would happily recommend it.
