We had a little balcony overlooking via Tribunali, which was great for watching people. The guesthouse is fabulous, with a great location and modern, comfortable, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helped with every question, however small. The service and rooms came at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend it for exploring Naples and the wider region.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. It's a busy area, with shops, cafes, and restaurants along the street, and the balcony was an excellent spot for people watching. Breakfast wasn't to my taste, but there was enough to get the day started.

The listing was a fraud because there was no parking, even though the booking website listing said there was. They also only accept cash for the tourist tax.

The hotel is well located in Naples' historic center, and we recommend it for a stay in the city. We booked through Smartbox and had a pleasant visit, with a very nice surprise in the form of a jacuzzi. The bed was large and comfortable. It can be a bit tricky to find: you wouldn't expect reception to be in a luggage room or a beautiful hotel to be hidden behind a door. Luckily, locals know the place and could point us the right way. The tourist tax and the additional €80 charge on arrival felt expensive and unclear. Breakfast was at a bakery a little farther away, which was unusual, but it was very good and plentiful.

Everything was well organized, with soundproofed rooms and impeccable cleanliness. The host was very kind and available to answer any questions. We had a very positive stay in Naples, thanks to the central location, just steps from the main attractions and close to metro stops for easy access. Excellent!
