B&B Ruffo di Bagnara Palazzo monumentale

We had a huge, two-storey suite, about 70m, with loads of room, and the historic palazzo and matching decor were lovely. It was neat and clean, and very quiet inside despite being right in the center, close to everything. I stayed five nights and really loved this B&B. It exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely come back.

The location was wonderful, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, and we felt very safe. Breakfast was served in a sunny, elegant room overlooking the main piazza: fresh coffee, meats, cheeses, fruit, tomatoes, cereal, breads, and spreads. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we got useful suggestions for places to go when we arrived. The building is tucked behind large brass gates in a gorgeous old block with narrow iron balconies and a huge stone atrium. Ring the bell to get in. There's a coin-operated lift or a beautiful stone staircase. The hotel is a little dated, in a whimsical way, and the high ceilings, wide corridors, and mirrored hallway make a striking first impression. Our room was large, with two bathrooms and a loft. My husband booked it for our last night in Naples, and the reviews lived up to it. Well worth a visit for a safe, memorable stay in the heart of Naples.

The apartment sits in the heart of Naples' busy area, near Napoli Centrale train and bus station. It's lovely, and the owners and staff were attentive. I arranged things over WhatsApp, and check-in was easy for me. Aika was friendly and very helpful, answered guests' questions, and speaks very well. Breakfast is included, and the dining area is tastefully decorated.

The rooms are huge and quiet, with no street noise, and the air conditioning worked fine. The beds are big, a bit old, but I slept really well. Staff were friendly and caring, and breakfast had all you need. It's a small guesthouse tucked at the back on the third floor of a gorgeous palazzo, where other businesses also operate. There's a shared lift that sometimes costs 0.20 € to use. If you're checking in late, you may need to call, but staff showed up within two minutes.
